Veeam End Point Backup. Very capable software, and the best part is it's 
"free".

Takes snapshot's, so it can ebe setup to have x number of them to roll back 
to. Can save the image
files to a local drive, a shared directory or another place on the network.

When saving to USB drive it can even disconect the drive from windows when the 
backup has been done.
(Saves ransome ware scurge).
