A complete description of how to cast whatever is on your computer screen to

Scroll down about 3-6 pages of this link to where it says "Share Your Screen"
and then select
 
Cast to Desktop
 
At the bottom right of the screen, click on Share
 
Now you can select any program from your Taskbar or Desktop and its screen
output will be displayed on your TV
