Actually, if it were me, I would use Windows Easy Transfer to save all my data 
then re-install Windows 7 from scratch. Easy Transfer will restore your data.

2nd, if still having problems, download the current image of your router's 
firmware (exact same version) and re-burn it to the router. Of course, if you 
can find an update that fixes your woes, by all means burn it instead!
