There is actually an apps button in the Google Chrome browser.  I think the
idea is that, if you can get buy with opening the Chrome web browser and
then not doing anything else on a PC that cannot be done inside of Chrome
or one of the apps in that apps button, you might be a good Chromebook
candidate.

If you are always opening Windows programs, via the Windows START button or
other shortcuts, you probably are not such a good candidate.
