I don't know about that. For me the "Check for Updates..." in file menu
offered the update from 7.0.20 to 7.0.22. And now it says:

"You are already running the most recent version of VirtualBox."

7.0.22 works here.

It is not the only application that installs fine to Win7, but doesn't run..
Bad installer. :)
