It is, It's called ChromeOS, but how could you not know about the browser? 
It's been around for...oh, 17 years!  It's the most popular browser out there.

Specifically, there is none, but you can use Google Docs and Sheets.  I've
used both and unless your needs are esoteric, they'll do the job nicely.
