Hello Tim!

I've used "Hello %of!" as the first line in echomail replies for as long as I
can remember and "%of" has always expanded to the original sender's first name
but this doesn't happen anymore. Taking your name as an example, it expands to
" Sc" whereas it should expand to "Tim". Please note that there's a space in
front of "Sc". Can you please take a look at this when you have time, thanks.
