The Options - Signatures  section was still empty after a fresh new install of
the wp2005b5  (359.1) package - initial config and then replacement of the
executable with the v375.0 revison

I've exported the section
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\New.Vision.Software\WinPoint\Textgroups]
from registry from a running installation and imported it to the fresh install
and voila - a group and templates of headers and footers are there, that I can
update on the fresh new install
