It's really too bad there isn't a consensus of the practicality  
of the ELIST system (like there is a concensus on the the FTSC  
system)  The end result is a nice "list" of available echos in  
one place that anyone can find easily. Emphasis on "easily" and  
"in one place". Why some sysops don't understand that simple  
concept is a mystery.

Can Winpoint generate scheduled auto-posts?  All it takes is  
one person to agree to do it.
