While thinking about this, I realize that not the source area text group is
applied, but the destination area text group. Since the default destination
area for forwarding in WP is Netmail, the corresponding text group is applied
to all forwarded messages regardless of the message language or actual
destination area. 

However, I think using the source area text group (as I claimed) makes indeed
much more sense, since 
- it probably matches the language of the conference (and thus the forwarded
message)
- the user will determine the actual destination area in the editor. Will
change it to that for the next release.
