He stopped development for WinPoint back in 2007, last beta was Beta 5.  I was
able to talk with him and allow me to work with him and update the app and get
it out there again.

At the moment I am the one working on it and Tim jumps in when he can but he
does have a demanding job.  I am sure he will drop in from time to time.
