That was what 387 did (kill this setting) and why I had to replace it.

This is only not greyed out for netmails and lets you choose the uplink by
name rather than picking an address. Simpler and less error-prone.

Didnt make sense anyway ... depending on perspective its not even Beta ore
something worse beyond release as I basically keep rewriting/localizing
something that was already working fine back in the days.
