In the old version, if I use the backspace to bring up the 3rd
line as in this example..

..I would get this result:

..then YES, the extra aa> comes along for the ride.
But I revisited the issue using Golded just now, and YES.. the
extra quote prefix gets auto-romoved, AND the line auto adjusts
for the right length. That's pretty cool.
However.. in Winpoint, if I just highlight the original block
(the first example in this message) the Reflow takes care of
the problem.
