Hello Tim!

Decided to change the colour scheme in the reader and editor .....

               Text: R=255, G=255, B=255
             Quotes: R=166, G=202, B=240
Control Information: R=192, G=220, B=192
         Background: R=100, G=100, B=100

Looks great and suits my taste perfectly until I start to write a message. I'm
having trouble seeing the cursor because it's a very thin vertical line and
it's almost the same colour as my new background colour. I've tried changing
the background colour to a slightly lighter shade and that does improve
matters but I feel that a block cursor would further improve matters, what do
you think?
