If you don't intend sending crash netmail(s), doing file requests or sending
*direct* file attaches, then you don't need a nodelist.

Just a word on file attaches:
Some SysOps don't allow in-transit files through their systems, so it's always
best to send them Crash/Direct. In that case, you would need an 
nstalled/compiled nodelist.
