No, it's not in the wrong place per se but that doesn't actually matter anyway
in this instance because I was reporting a possible logging issue. On the one
hand, the nodelist processor is reporting that it can't find the nodelist file
yet on the other hand, it's reporting that the nodelist index files were saved
successfully. How can *that* be?? All that's required after reporting that it
can't find the nodelist file would be a single line such as "Error processing
nodelist".
