When I install version 4 of Winpoint on my 64 bit Windows 10 machine I end up
with all the buttons to the left greyed out. The software sometimes is locked
to the point I have to reboot.

Polling is very limited, like 3 lines.

I have uninstalled and upraded, downgraded and reinstalled countless times, to
no avail.

Thoughts?

Why does this happen to me?
