Well, I was starting up version 407 on windows 10 and it gave me the "out of
bounds -1" message again.

I restarted it and I had a black screen and all the buttons were German.

So I ran setup again and overwrote the configuration.

Should I be installing at an administrator?

It's happened 3 times now.

Advice?
