after WinPoint upgrade from 382

to latest WinPoint 4.07
the actions:
       new mail
       reply to
       reply to netmail
       comment reply
no longer works

I've repaired the option about 5 times blank "new text groups"
removed 4 of them, edited the remaining one
restarted winpoint
checked all other parameters ... switched option to utf-8 to default
whatever setting I've updated the actions
       new mail
       reply to
       reply to netmail
       comment reply
won't work for netmail nor for echomail
any hints how to get the installation running to accept any edit mail action?
