If it happens again, even before pressing ok on the dialog, you could use
regedit.exe to make a copy of the WP configuration (save to file) stored at

   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\New.Vision.Software\WinPoint

and send me that file (by email) for diagnosis. Maybe it helps finding or at
least narrowing down the problem.

Note that in the resulting file will also contain your passwords. So you might
want to use a text editor to remove these from the file before sending it to
me.

Also, you can use the above method to backup your configuration and restore it
with a single click from the saved file, in case it breaks again.
