Hello Tim!

The Echo Area Management utility does not remember changes to the window size.

Steps to reproduce .....

- Press  to bring up the utility, which fires up maximized

- Resize the window to your taste

- Exit the utility

- Press  to bring up the utility and the new window size IS remembered

- Exit the utility

- Exit WinPoint

- Restart WinPoint

- Press  to bring up the utility and it fires up maximized
