That is strange.

When you hatch a new version like WP416.ZIP you could add a "Replaces
WP415.ZIP" line to the tic file that is sent out and when nodes import the new
version it will replace (delete) the WP415.ZIP file.

Mine does but not every tic processor knows about the "Replaces" line. I think
most modern tic processors know what to do when they encounter the replaces
keyword in a tic file.
