There has been a bug which might still exist, that causes only partial
configuration to be loaded when You run a new WP version. Still, after the one
"bad" run you can
fix the setup and WP should work normally. 

I think I fixed this problem, but I am not sure as I cannot reproduce the
orginal scenario.

As a precation, I recommand that you back your WP configuration using regedit
(export HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\New.Vision.Software\WinPoint).

If you encounter any problems, please make a list :)
