I received these 2 files dated Mar 10 2023 sent from 2:240/1120.29

I've already got these 2 files dated Feb 13 for WP413.ZIP and WP415.ZIP which
is causing them to stick around. Any change of including a "Replaces" line in
the tic file so I don't have to deal with stuff like this, however sent it out?
