Sounds like you're as well situated as can be. Just in
case, I'd fill extra containers with drinking water in case
something takes out your water distribution system. YOu can always use
nondrinkable stuff to flush toilets etc. YOur
water heater might work for that if you don't trust it for
drinking. I'd still fill containers, put 'em in the freezer
if nothing else. While you've got juice freezing them will
help keep stuff cold in there when power goes. I do this
with milk jugs, and plastic bags of ice from the icemaker,
keeps my chest freezer fairly full, and helps keep things
frozen when power goes. I can then dump a bag of ice in the ice chest, or
pull out a milk jug to thaw for drinking water after the big one.
YOur wood stove can also double for cooking if need be, so
you're all set sounds like.
