  The thing is...people would rather spend money on tobacco, alcoholic
beverages, pornography, etc., rather than buy a NOAA Weather Radio that
could save their life. While not in "Tornado Alley" per se...Arkansas is
in "Dixie Alley", which tends to get more tornadoes...and most of them
occur after dark.
