Yes, we were under a "winter storm warning" with 100% chance of snow and 8-12"
accumulation.  We ended up with nothing but rain.  The only places that
received snow in Maryland or even Virginia were near and in the mountains -
far out west.  

It was a huge disappointment and major forecasting error.  They should have
said "99.9% chance" to give themselves an out.

I saw 60 degrees for Monday.  Spring is basically here.
