wow.. I missed that completely during "the storm".. In the Ithaca area it was
just the same-old same-old.. maybe we got about a foot and a half of snow
(looked cool).. we paid the neighborhood kid to shovel us out.. Ron told him
"here's 20 bux, shovel what you think is fair".. This great kid shoveled us
out completely :)

Then it rained.. warm rain.. and all the snow went away.. today, we have the
sad remains laying about (well sad if you were a snowman ).

We also shopped "just in case"..but it turned out not to be really necessary..

Still waiting for spring-ish temps though.. darn it's cold.. Guess it's
February.
