It looks like summer will get a late start in Arkansas...at least for a
little bit...with heat advisories possible by late week. Some of the trees
have already starting turning with the leaves (the first part of August in
much of north Arkansas had excessive rainfall), but the daylight hours are
getting shorter. The autumnal equinox is now less than a month away.
The snow that fell across Arkansas last Christmas...and especially in the
Little Rock area...was the first time the area had seen snow on Christmas
in 86 years. Plus, central Arkansas usually gets ice storms when it comes
to winter weather.

... Why give the airport weather?? No one lives there.
