They're on the coast, or close, aren't they...?  They'd have some
mitigation from the ocean streams...  But it still is rather amazing,
for MD to be that much colder...  ;)

And it keeps coming back to cool us off again...  ;0  Northwest Canada's
been pretty cold, too, though... which is more normal for them, at
