And they are woefully unprepared for this sort of weather... no snow
emergency preparations or plans, no major snow removal equipment... and
no home snow shovels... and so on...  But I remember how excited we all
were, the one time (in 4 years!) it snowed when we lived in Mississippi,
and how we enjoyed playing in it... everything shut down totally...
