Understand that one...  my home town area, Warwick NY, is now much the same
now... Yuppies working in Manhatten commute from the Warwick area to NYC;
farms have been disappearing over there more and more.  It's sad, some of
those farms were around for centuries.. they were mainly daily farms.  The
orchards still exist though, and are owned by the original families.
