Yes, those warm temps at the edge of the storm will do it.. though they were
indeed wrong this time with that prediction.  Today we're a balmy 34F 
Wednesday it is supposed to reach 42F.. that will indeed be heaven by my
standards

I'd rather have snow than rain as well.. unfortunately the Binghamton/Ithaca
area is well known for rain, and lots of it so much so that college students
in the area complain about it here all the time :)

Well this winter, they had the snow they were probably wishing for in other
years :)
