That might be due to that menu being ANSI.  Will take a look at that.

My BBS is a "classic" at this point, with no fancy modern things like outbound
telnet or anything.  

The Weather Underground forecast information on my BBS was done by me writing
a script that telnets, captures, formats text, etc, and saves the files.  I
did that along time ago - just for the local area.  The BBS itself doesn't do
any of it.
