At the main menu, I enter the command... it does something, but I'm
right back at the main menu without having seen anything except a
blur... ANSI isn't usually an issue for me... if it's only one screen
worth, I'd think I should be able to view it...

Ah.  Ok, not a problem...  :)  In the meantime, I have access again to
the other bbs...  :)  And at least your classic bbs has telnet inbound
access...  ;)
