Double-checked when I was on last night... but it had to be on, anyway,
as I see the pictures at the beginning during logon...

Quite.  It also happens when I try "L" for the list of who's been on.  I
can see that it's probably just short of a screen, but not a chance of
actually reading anything as it flashes by and the menu comes up again. 
It is, however, scrolling up, I can see...  Like it needs a line to ask
whether to continue or not...
