  We might be looking at a possible ice storm in Arkansas over the
weekend. The forecast models are notoriously poor about underestimating
the cold air (whether it's shallow or dense); and unfortunately, the
vertical temperature profile favors freezing rain and sleet over snow.

  The Canadian model is colder than the others (the GFS and the Euro),
but if the Canadian model verifies, an ice storm and power outages look
to be in the cards...not to mention BBS downtime.
