The guy who played the 'monster' is a New Zealander who made it big with
another role in a TV show called Flight of the Concordes. He's a frequent
face on NZ television, often promoting one of the phone companies as their
spokeperson / frontman.

Yeah, I thought it was ok (episode 3) and I liked the twist at the end.
